1. The name printed here and on every label must be the REGISTERED legal entity name, or a fictitious name properly registered to it. The shop's contact email is mystichubllc@gmail.com, which suggests the entity may be Mystic Hub LLC — if so, "Oratide" needs Florida fictitious-name registration under §865.09 before it goes on a label. 21 CFR 101.5 for the supplements, 701.12 for the cosmetic.
2. Address. "1234 Main Street" is a placeholder, ZIP is blank. A complete US mailing address — street or PO box, city, state, ZIP — is required here, on four labels, and in six email footers under CAN-SPAM.
3. Shop contact email in Settings → Store details is still mystichubllc@gmail.com. That is the address customers see on order notifications, and it is the one Shopify prints in the auto-generated Privacy Policy. Change it to questions@oratide.com so the whole site says one thing.
4. questions@oratide.com must actually exist and be monitored before launch. It is now printed on /contact, /faq, /shipping and /returns. The four custom policies still say tideragoods@gmail.com and can only be changed in Settings → Policies.
