Simply return the empty or unused portion of your Oratide product order within 60 days of your billing date for a full refund of the product price.

How to get a refund

Contact our support team at support@oratide.com for a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). Send your empty or unused product to our return address: [RETURN ADDRESS — to be determined]. Your return must be received by us within 60 days of your billing date. All charges are fully refundable (less shipping and handling fees) within 60 days of the billing date.

Subscriptions

Each subscription order is covered separately, and the 60 days run from that order's billing date.
