SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from St Marks, Florida, to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Most orders ship the same business day. Orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME — fill in] on a business day are dispatched that day; orders placed after that time are dispatched the next business day. If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Rates and delivery estimates

Standard — $8, please allow 5–7 business days. Express — $15, please allow 2–3 business days. Free standard shipping on orders $70 or more, before tax.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Dispatch time is our commitment; transit time is the carrier's.

Subscriptions

Oratide Daily, Roots and Restore ship every 30 days. Oratide Scalp ships every 60 days, because one 60 mL bottle is a 60-day supply. You are only charged when a bottle ships.
